Show Saved Filter with Columns for Jira
1. About
Show Saved Filter With Columns for Jira Add On extends the regular Filter Results gadget.
The Add On makes it easy to select which columns to display and in which order.
And that is it - nothing more.
2. The Gadgets
There are four different gadgets:
- Show Saved Filter with ColumnsDisplays a saved filter with the filter column order. No need to configure column order twice. Do it at the Issue navigator, and it will be the same here.
- Show JQL Search select ColumnsUses a JQL search string to generate the filter result with the selected column order. A JQL search is effective if you want to avoid making saved filters.
- Show Saved Filter select ColumnsDisplays a saved filter with the selected column order. Add or remove fields and modify the order at the gadget configuration screen.
- Show Saved Filter select PresetAllows you to select from a list of predefined column order sets defined by a Jira Administrator.
3. Presets
Presets are used with Show Saved Filter select Preset gadget.
It allows a Jira Administrator to configure predefined column orders that then can be selected in the Show Saved Filter select Preset gadget.
If ! is displayed in the menu to the left, it means that no Presets has been configured yet, and the Show Saved Filter select Preset gadget can not be used.
4. Add On Properties
4.1. View Properties
You can view and edit the raw Add On configured properties.
