Reporting

SLA Reports must be enabled and configured for each JIRA project.
If enabled and valid SLA Reports will be available from the Project Browse page.See more at Views - SLA Reporting.
Attributes | Use |
---|---|
On/Off | Reporting must be enabled for each project. If not enabled SLA Reporting will not be visible at the Browse Project page. |
Daily Stats | If enabled - a snapshot of the report will be stored and can be used at the SLA Reporting pages to generate tabels and graphs that displays trends over time. |
Resolution Days | This is attribute is only relevant if you are using the default search. The default search will include issues with SLA values and resolved within the number of days specified. |
SLA Issue Count | In order to limit storage and to increase performance it is possible to configure the add-on not to include a copy of the SLA Values for all issues from the search. |
Daily Stats Issues | Whether or not to include Issue SLA Values in the daily stats reports. Must be enabled in order to take advantage of all reports. |
Search User | A user with browse permission for all relevant issues in the search. |
Override Search | The report search can be customized. |
