Add-on Configuration Menu Items

The basics - Create the First SLA

  1. Click Projects menu item
  2. Click Add Project (Star icon) to enable a projects
  3. Click Configure SLAs (Star icon)
  4. Click at the Project pane to expand the SLA list for the added project
  5. Type a name for a new SLA and submit - click add.
  6. Configure the SLA with the custom values.
